A pallet can look secure inside the warehouse and still become unstable during transportation.

1. Check the Load Alignment
Start by looking at the shape of the complete pallet.

– Number
– Tension
– If the tension is too low, the load may move. If the tension is too high, the strap may crush cartons or damage exposed product corners.
